1. Who we are
Xonative Tech (“Xonative”, “we”, “us”) is a software company based at 26 - Kohinoor One, Faisalabad, Pakistan. We develop and publish the mobile game Lets Delivery (the “Game”) and operate the website xonative.com. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any question about this policy, email us at info@xonative.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Game on Android and iOS, to our website, and to any support you receive from us. Third-party services we rely on, such as Google and Apple, have their own privacy policies, which we link to below.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Account details. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple shares a user identifier and, if you allow it, your name and an email address (which may be a private relay address).
- Display name. The first name you choose in the Game. We do not ask for your full name or your date of birth.
- Support messages. Anything you send us by email or through the contact form on our website, such as your name, email address and message.
3.2 Information created while you play
- Game progress. Your level, experience points, coins, the buildings, trees and decorations in your city, unlocked and upgraded vehicles, daily reward status and in-game settings.
- Purchases. Which in-app products you own (for example a paint pack or ad-free access). Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your card or bank details.
- Leaderboard entries. Your display name and the number of deliveries you complete each week.
- Account identifiers. A unique user ID created by Firebase, including for guest players who have not linked an account.
3.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data. Our service providers receive information such as your IP address, device model, operating system version, app version and language, which they need to deliver their service.
- Advertising data. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google AdMob may collect your device’s advertising identifier and information about the ad and your interaction with it. See section 5.
3.4 Information stored only on your device
Some data, such as your item collection, delivery ratings and cached settings, is kept only on your device and is not sent to us.
3.5 What we do not collect
The Game does not access your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or device camera. The in-game “Camera” button only changes the view inside the Game.
4. How we use your information
| Purpose | Information used | Legal basis (EEA/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| Create and secure your account, let you sign in | Account details, user ID | Performance of our contract with you |
| Save your progress and restore it on another device | Game progress, purchases, user ID | Performance of contract |

| Show optional rewarded ads | Advertising and device data | Consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests |
| Send reminders you allowed (for example a daily reward is ready) | Notifications are scheduled locally on your device | Consent (device permission) |
| Keep the Game working, prevent cheating and abuse, require important updates | Technical data, user ID | Legitimate interests |
| Answer your questions | Support messages | Legitimate interests |
| Meet legal obligations | As required | Legal obligation |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Advertising
The Game offers optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch an ad in return for an in-game bonus. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent message from Google is shown before ads are requested, and you can choose whether ads may be personalized.
- AdMob may use your device’s advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) to show and measure ads. On iOS, the IDFA is only available if you allow tracking when your device asks.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
- Ad content is limited to material suitable for teens.
- If you buy ad-free access, the Game grants rewarded bonuses without showing ads.
Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run the Game:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in and secure cloud storage of your account and progress. Firebase privacy
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): rewarded ads. Google Privacy Policy
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases. Apple Privacy Policy
- Google Play: Android purchases and app distribution.
- Other players: your display name and weekly delivery count on the leaderboard (see section 7).
- Authorities or others, when required by law, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our players, Xonative or others.
- A buyer or successor, if Xonative is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy would continue to apply to your information.
7. Leaderboard and display name
Players with a linked account appear on a weekly leaderboard that resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Other players can see your display name and weekly delivery count. Please do not use your full name or any other personal details as your display name. Offensive names are filtered and may be removed. Guest players do not appear on the leaderboard.
8. How long we keep information
- Account data, progress, purchases and display name are kept while your account exists.
- Leaderboard entries are kept for the current and previous week and removed when you delete your account.
- When you delete your account, we delete this information from our active systems straight away. Residual copies in our providers’ backups are removed within their normal backup cycles, typically within 30 days.
- Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you and for our records, normally no longer than 2 years.
- Guest progress that has never been linked to an account may be lost if you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
9. Deleting your account and data
In the Game: open Settings, tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm. Email accounts are asked for their password. This permanently deletes your sign-in account, your saved progress, your purchase records, your display name and your leaderboard entries.
Without the Game: email info@xonative.com with the subject “Delete my Lets Delivery account”, from the email address linked to your account (or tell us your display name if you signed in with Apple). We will confirm the request is yours and complete it within 30 days.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Items bought with real money are not refunded by deletion. You can ask Google Play or Apple about refunds under their own policies. Data held by Google AdMob under its own policy is controlled through your device’s advertising settings.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong (you can change your display name in Settings at any time);
- delete your information (see section 9);
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell personal information. Showing personalized ads through Google may count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out by turning off ad personalization or tracking in your device settings, and you can exercise your rights to know, correct and delete by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Notifications: you can turn reminders off at any time in your device settings.
To use any of these rights, email info@xonative.com. We will reply within 30 days.
11. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. When creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
Your data is transferred over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase, which applies industry-standard security. We use database access rules designed so that each player can only change their own saved data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
13. International transfers
Our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws from yours. Where required, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses used by Google.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or the law changes. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for important changes, let you know in the Game or on this page before they take effect.
